Ok folks here's another night out for you to pencil in the diary. Next on the bill of The Bull Inn's live music on the first Saturday of the month is Bad Hair Day. 
If you like guitar based blues then you have come to the right place. Two experienced axe men, John Edmonds and Alan Vincent, and a tight driving rhythm section, Roger Woods and John Kaethner, produce a live sound that is full off energy and creativity. 
BHD embraces all type of blues.  None of the arrangements are set in stone, they just see what happens "on the night". In this way their performances are always fresh and spontaneous.

It's going to be a good one so we hope to see you there!

The Bull Inn would like to say a massive thank you to 'Shedload of love' for playing in the pub on Saturday 6th April. Everyone had a fantastic night and the band sure did rock the hops. We look forward to having them back in the future and we have a few pics from the night below. Next on the musical agenda is 'Steve Morrisons Blues Abuse' on Saturday 4th May (May the 4th be with you). Steve Morrison blends the driving rhythms of John lee Hooker with the sweet slide-guitar of Ry Cooder to create a sound all of his own. This will certainly be a night to remember. See you there!

We thoroughly enjoyed the first addition of live music here at The Bull Inn, West Malling on Saturday 2nd March with music provided by Gentleman Tim and the Contenders. A really lively night was had by both customers and the the staff. Gentleman Tim brought their swing blues to the area for the first time and had us all wanting more. The pub had a real energy throughout the evening and provided a great atmosphere whether you wanted to get up and have a boogie, sip one of the fine real ales at the bar or if you just wanted to sit back and relax with a bite to eat. We'd just like to thanks the guys for making the journey down from the London Blues circuit and we're looking forward to having them back towards the end of the year. Next on the musical agenda are 'Shedload of Love' on Saturday 6th April. Continuing on the blues note, this six piece band provide an up beat sound which is bound to get your toe's and everything else a'tappin. We will be serving food again until 8:30pm and the band will be on from 9pm - 11pm. We look forward to seeing you there!

Here at The Bull Inn we're striving to keep your nights and days out filled with pleasure. Whether it be offering you new taste sensations with a fine selection of real ales or traditional homemade food for you to enjoy. Along with bringing the pub up-to-date (whilst keeping the tradition of the proper pub alive) we're now introducing live music to West Malling and Kent. There will be a live band playing every first Saturday of the month starting with 'Gentleman Tim and the Contenders' on Saturday 2nd March 2013. With their influences deeply rooted in early 50’s style Swing, West Coast and Chicago Blues, Gentleman Tim and the Contenders are one of the hottest bands on the scene today. Led by the inspirational harmonica player and vocalist Tim Corbett they deliver a brand of high energy jumpin’ blues that is guaranteed to put a smile on your face and get your toes-a-tappin’.

We can't wait for this new addition to get going and we hope you can be there to enjoy it with us.
